Missing or Damaged Item Policy
At Darla Stitches, we take utmost care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare instances where an item is missing or arrives damaged, we are here to help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
📦 Missing Items
If any item(s) from your order are missing:
- Check the Packaging: Sometimes, products may be packed separately. Please double-check the entire box and any additional pouches or packaging materials.
- Check for Split Shipment: Your order may be delivered in parts due to item availability or packaging considerations. Kindly check your order confirmation email for details.
- Report Within 48 Hours: If the item is confirmed missing, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos of the package and invoice
- Description of the issue
💔 Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Do Not Use the Product: Kindly refrain from using the item if it is broken, torn, or visibly defective.
- Unboxing Video is Mandatory: Please record a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product as proof.
- Report Within 48 Hours: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with:
- Your Order ID
- Unboxing video showing the damage
- Photographs of the item and packaging
🔁 Resolution Options
Upon verifying the claim, we will offer the following remedies:
- Replacement of the damaged or missing item (subject to availability)
- Store Credit / Coupon Code for future purchase
- Refund, only if replacement is not possible (in applicable cases)
Please note: Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
