- COD is available on most pin codes across India.
- If your pin code is not serviceable for COD, you will be notified during the checkout process.
- COD availability is subject to courier partner coverage and may change based on logistic serviceability.
📦 Important Guidelines for COD Orders
- No Try-and-Buy: We do not offer try-and-buy or open-box delivery for COD orders. You must accept the parcel before opening it.
- Pre-Payment Before Opening: The full invoice amount must be paid to the courier partner before opening the package.
- Courier Staff Cannot Assist with Exchanges or Returns: Delivery personnel are not authorized to accept returns, exchanges, or offer product assistance.
- Returns & Exchanges: All return or exchange requests must be made through our Customer Care team and follow the official process outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
