At Darla Stitches, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help — but we also strive to process and ship orders quickly to avoid delays.

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, or before they are processed for dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once your order has been packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Your cancellation request may be declined if:

  • The order has already been shipped.
  • The product is marked as non-cancellable (e.g., made-to-order, personalized items, sale items).
  • Repeated cancellation requests are placed under the same customer profile.
